3- User and Customer Duties and Prohibited Uses
The user/customer may download, use or copy material strictly for personal use, keeping the European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI") holder of the respective copyrights.

("ECI") reserves the right to interrupt, modify, suspend, exclude, amend, create, include, restrict or take any necessary action in relation to their products and services offered on the site, when necessary and/or in case of any suspected illicit act on the part of the user/customer.
It is prohibited, the alteration, modification, inclusion or exclusion of the services and/or products of the site for illegal purposes, own benefit or any other, which may be considered harmful to the image of European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI") on the market National and International.
The user/customer is aware that the quotations and information on import, export and/or legalization fees, values and taxes, transport values and additional costs of products and services are calculated automatically and may suffer changes in values according to economic factors, types and sizes of vehicles, distances between countries and other variables, and should be taken as approximate reference values, not being the responsibility of European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI").
European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI"), is not liable for failures, damages or any types of hidden problems (not apparent or undetected) in the vehicle, being the sole responsibility of the seller or previous owner of the vehicle.
The user/customer is aware that European car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI") is a third-party consulting agent, being the responsibility of the user/customer, the contract, negotiation and payment of the vehicle to the seller, exempting European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI") of any liability in this Act.
European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI") has limited liability only to the products and services it provides, not responsible for third party products and services, and may reimburse the user/customer only to the limit corresponding to the Values of products and services contracted, in an individual way, not exceeding this limit.
The user/customer is aware that at any time you may terminate your contract with European Car Inspection Ltd. ("ECI"), receiving partial reimbursement of the value of your previously paid service, being discounted the costs of the hours already worked by the agent and the mileage allowance, according to the service Price table.
6- Security Issues and Credit Cards
The users/customers of the site AUTOIMPORT.EU and its subdomains declare and guarantee that they know perfectly the characteristics and constraints, limitations and defects of the Internet, and in particular that data and information transmissions via Internet benefit only from a relative technical reliability, circulating in heterogeneous networks of diverse technical characteristics and capacities, which disturb access or make it impossible in certain periods.
