Kyselin Tomilta eilen verotuspäätöksestä ja edessä olevista rekisteröintitoimenpiteistä. Niistä olisi voinut kertoa asiakkaalle proaktiivisesti. Kokonaisuudessaan ensikertalaiselle ulkomailta autoa hankkivalle kokemus oli pääosin positiivinen.
